Hi!
Things have been pretty hectic here at Beatrice & Peony: between home visits, honeymoons, settling into a new job, and making home life a little less cluttered, there hasn’t been any time! This is probably the first time in about a month there is no packing required for at least another 2 months! We’re very excited.
This means sadly that I have no new pieces to show off, brag, or tease about. However, hopefully by the end of this week I will!

Happy Labour Day to all!
Labour Day has always been one of the favourite long weekends for me; although it technically signifies that summer is over and winter is coming (long live the Starks/knit faster!), it also means that it’s almost sweater season and time for all those glorious fall colours to come out!
It’s been pretty busy at Beatrice & Peony – when there’s too many ideas, that usually means that more than one canvas gets prepped, painted and stitched all at once!
This week Waterfalls got finished, and is going straight onto the Ready for a Home page

Each painting is lovingly hand-made and uniquely crafted using mixed media elements, like acrylic paint and embroidery thread on canvas.
